Andrew is currently serving as Group CEO for SALT and The PEPPER Collective.

SALT is the leading Marketing Consultancy specialising in Food and Drink. Its creative and strategic driving force is utilised by the likes of Goldman Sachs, Amazon, CNBC, PepsiCo, The Champions League and Moet Hennessy.

The PEPPER Collective is a hospitality and leisure management company working with brands and chef such as Tom Brown, José Pizarro, Gizzi Erskine, Alyn Williams and Hayden Groves.

As CEO for Truscott Haslar Ltd he helped create a hugely successful multi site operation starting with the flagship Truscott Arms. In his time the company received a host of major awards including Best Roast Dinner in Great Britain, Best Wine List, Newcomer of the Year and Highest New Entry (Gastropub Top 50 Awards), Sustainable Pub of the Year (Sustainable Restaurant Association) and Best Place to Work in Hospitality (Caterer.Com). Recommendations from the Michelin Guide, the Good Food Guide, Harden’s and TimeOut all attest to his meticulous attention to details and quest for quality.

Prior to re-entering the hospitality sector Andrew was Executive Director for some of London’s top theatres an independent West End and Broadway theatre producer in his own right producing shows that won every major theatre award going including Tony Awards, Olivier Awards and Evening Standard Theatre Awards.

Andrew is a consummate host and has utilised that ability in a variety of events (see services). He regularly hosts Taste of London, Taste of Winter, Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival and a whole array of food and wine events and dinners. He regular contributes writing for national and trade publications including the Guardian, Morning Advertiser, Propel, Caterer and In A Pub.
